The Dayboro Bakery sits right on Williams Street and does exactly what the sign says: fresh sourdough, hand-made pies, decent coffee. Spelt loaves and artisan sour dough straight from the oven, pies and sausage rolls with vegetarian options, Turkish rolls made to order. The coffee is 100% Arabica, and they pair it with pastries and traditional bakery sweets.

Pull up a seat with a pie or roll, get a coffee that actually tastes like coffee, and settle in. Only 15 minutes from Samford or Petrie if you're after a drive or bike ride through the country. They do salad sandwiches made to order as well. Friendly country service, good food.
